Our work culture is unique; we are all friends first and foremost, who have each other’s back on every occasion. We are all well-travelled, well-cultured, well-rounded creative types who are not afraid to roll up our sleeves and make things happen - in fact we prefer it that way! We love dogs, we are fuelled by coffee, we enjoy a wine on the office balcony in the afternoon, we laugh together daily and we often socialise outside of work too.

We pride ourselves on delivering highly professional, slick events that have been curated with the guest experience and our client’s objectives in mind.

We value the relationships we have built with our suppliers; we treat them with respect, we appreciate their expertise and we invite them to engage in the delivery of the events we create.

KAREN HAMILTON

Karen is the owner and MD. She has the qualifications and industry experience you would expect from someone in her position. She is client facing and project manages our portfolio of events. She takes the lead on large projects with logistic complexity. Outside of work Karen loves spending time with family, traveling, photography, pilates and running with her dog Benson!

DONNA ALLEY

Donna drives the creative department and plays a key role in event concept and design. She takes the lead on corporate events that benefit from her exceptional attention to detail, creative flare and production skills. Outside of work Donna is a performer, has an appreciation for food and wine, enjoys baking and gardening and excels in interior design!

LAURA-JANE LENISTON

Laura-Jane takes the lead on our festival portfolio. She loves a list and thrives in the high-paced environment of coordinating multiple suppliers and stakeholders towards a common goal. Outside of work Laura-Jane balances her life with yoga, walking and spending time with friends and family immersed in the social scene!

Charlotte is our venue management expert. The ultimate hostess with the mostest; she is happiest when looking after guests and fulfilling their every need. Outside of work Charlotte enjoys spending time at the beach, sipping whiskey, travelling, cooking and socialising!

NIA GARDNER

Nia takes the lead on fundraising and event management for our not-for-profit clients. She has a passion for supporting those in need and the skills and vision to create memorable experiences. Outside of work Nia spends time shopping, travelling and watching rugby. She has recently taken on the hardest and most rewarding of jobs; parenthood!
