Karen Hamilton

Karen has over 23-years of international management experience encompassing event & conference management, project management, sponsorship & exhibition management, sales & marketing, B2B relationship building, business development & venue management. Karen takes a Project Management role on all 360DE events and is always accessible to clients.

Donna Alley

Donna joined 360DE in 2013; she has a background in events, production management and marketing. Donna has worked as an event manager for the Arts Centre of Christchurch, coordinating weddings to corporate functions. She has also worked in the audio industry as Production Manager, coordinating the live sound for outdoor festivals, theatre shows and corporate events. Donna was the Marketing Executive for Southern Opera delivering promotional campaigns and event activity, which subsequently incorporated marketing and public relations activity for the Christchurch Symphony Orchestra.

Nia Gardner

Nia holds an MSc in Events Management and has extensive international experience. Working as Project Coordinator for a prestigious events company in the UK, she organised large scale events such as the Ryder Cup 2010 Opening Concert at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff.

Prior to moving to NZ, Nia was engaged as Community Fundraiser and Senior Events Coordinator for a children’s charity in the UK where she developed their successful fundraising programmes along with delivering income growth through successful and innovative events, campaigns, sponsorships, donors and corporate supporters.

Charlotte Shand

Charlotte has a background in the hospitality and events industries combining her strong organisational skills with superior service experience.  For Vbase she has fulfilled roles in hosting for national and international clients, sales and business development.  In addition to relationship management experience she has previously upheld silver service duties as stewardess on private yachts.

Laura-Jane Leniston

Laura-Jane holds a joint honours degree in Business Management and Business Law from St Mary's University in the UK.  Prior to taking leave to travel extensively, she worked in high-level management roles for two key hospitality companies in London. 

Since moving back to New Zealand in the Autumn of 2018, she has fine-tuned her relationship building, business development and customer service skills while working for Biz Dojo in Christchurch.
